Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Procedure Consultation Request: All consultation requests must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email from us. 2. Consultation Fee Initial Consultation: The initial consultation fee is $75.00 and must be paid at the time of booking. (Not subject to refunds) Payment Method: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified on our website. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit their consultation fee. 5. Changes and Amendments We reserve the right to amend or update the booking policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the consultation or booking process. By proceeding with the booking, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
